Residential & Block Management
We deal in both residential lettings and block management for landlords and scheme management companies.
Reporting Standards
We can provide face to face meetings once a month with a property manager, and send weekly walk round reports.
Property Maintenance
We have maintenance team who can visit properties on a regular basis and would address and report any issues, then feedback any areas where they feel cost savings could be made. We also operate a 24-hour emergency number, including on bank holidays.
Contractors
We have an approved list of contractors and can arrange for competitive quotations from new contractors.
